I wondered about the same. I have bills in my name, and they were great before I even met my husband. I had a collection agency is threatening to come after my husband, because we live in a state of collective property. This has made me mad, I consulted a lawyer, who said that the collector can not touch my husband in any way, shape or form. And if the collection company called me, I told them that the prosecutor had said, and I never remember it. However, it is possible to concentrate on their own file, but you must do it now. ReplyDeleteI do not think they were married, they must both bills. The industry should not be cheated because I wanted a big wedding, he could not afford it ..
