Wedding Planning File Can I File Bankruptcy Without Involving My Husband?

Can I file bankruptcy without involving my husband? - wedding planning file

We have been married for 2 months and, unfortunately, with all the weddings, and so was unable to advance to approach / deal with this. These accounts belong to me and not joint accounts.

  1. I wondered about the same. I have bills in my name, and they were great before I even met my husband. I had a collection agency is threatening to come after my husband, because we live in a state of collective property. This has made me mad, I consulted a lawyer, who said that the collector can not touch my husband in any way, shape or form. And if the collection company called me, I told them that the prosecutor had said, and I never remember it. However, it is possible to concentrate on their own file, but you must do it now. Do not wait too long, as I do, because it is increasingly difficult. Good luck.
