Need a dinner for a family of 6 recipe fast!? - spaghetti and fatty liver

Our weekly menu is usually the next

Pizza
Burger
Sandwiches
Spaghetti
Burrito, and so on

I'm tired of these foods to try, so I want something new. Nothing exotic or hard to do what I can do with chicken, beef or Turkey to do. Nothing is easy or time consuming to make, not fat, kitchens are in short supply, but do not eat vegetables. Thanks in advance!

  1. Using Panko bread crumbs chicken!
    Take 5 boneless chicken breasts and clean.
    Then pour about a half cup of flour in a bowl and season. I Emeril's Essence, but you can use can do anything. 2 eggs, and after half a cup Panko bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese. (I presume to know the flour, eggs, and Panko crumsb placed in 3 separate panels:)
    Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet and spray with Pam or cooking spray. Then each piece of fried chicken will find on the shelf.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly browned have.

    You can delete them and a little tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and cook until all the cheese melts. Serve on a bed of noodles and chicken parmesan, it's easy!

    One thing I found is easier to clean, use paper plates for flour and bread crumbs .... Then you can throw them away!

  2. Tacos are quick and easy, try, salads and more meat and salad or chicken salad. Tuna casserole with noodles, soups, noodles with chicken. Take your Slow Cooker, and the possibilities are endless. Good luck!

  4. Super simple thing, I ... I mix cream of mushroom and cream chicken and a little milk in an ovenproof dish, chicken breasts a few inches .. Salt, pepper, garlic, and the power of Tony. Baking!

    Serve over rice! Love it. : O)

  5. Quick Cube Meat

    6 dice steaks
    2 v. soup. Oil
    Two or three doses reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 1 / 2 cans water

    Oil in large frying pan and add cut beef cubes. Brown on both sides. Remove fillets and strain on paper towels. Wipe pan with a clean paper towel. Add mushroom soup and water, mixing until smooth. Replace beef cubes in a pot, cover and cook for about minutes 30th Stirring. Add more water if mixture is too thick (this is your sauce). Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.


    I used to cut into cubes and milk house sauce beef, but it is much faster.

  8. It seems they want something simple, based on their typical week.

    Pita me tonight. Very simple. You can carry everything on him, they make sandwiches, if you wish.

    Or your maybe a couple of chicken breasts cut into strips (or buy strip cut). Dip in seasoned bread crumbs, as you want. Bake. Prepared and cooked in 30 minutes.

    Brown ground Turkey. Can add, cut potatoes into cubes and heat. Open refrigerated croissants can be separated. Place in Turkey mixture in the center croissant cheese. Roll the filling, ensure that it is completely covered. Bake as directed on crescent.

    Chicken in tortillas with salsa, or attachments that you want. (Without the use of the sauce and sauteed onions and peppers), you can season your chicken with fajita seasoning. many possibilities here ...
