I play a lot of participation "flat playing field" that a lot of work. Recently I have noticed that some of my friends are knee injuries and one of my friends has permanent damage! What must I do to prevent this from happening to me?

  1. Easy warm-up exercise. Hiking in the balls and about 5 minutes outside for 5 minutes in the feet, toes, walk, and then walk back. Thus, the muscles and ligaments of the ankles and knees will be strengthened, and you will see that not only the risk of injury is reduced, their ability to work or perform other foot slightly raised.
