BTW, the reason is, July is the day after I tomrorwo lol Europe by the end of July.
Low Cal Eat low carb oatmeal with milk.
Take a brisk walk around my neighborhood.
Make an excersise that the push-up position into place, lift the legs to squat, then jump, then crouch, and then push back up.
Regual do push-ups.
30 stomach
50 jumps
Wait until half past two, then lunch (half a drop in wheat low-fat peanut butter and jelly, an apple, lime and water)
Back to do push-ups and sit-ups.
And then, The Biggest Loser Cardio Max Exercise (45 mins)
Then you wait two hours and eat a bowl of popcorn Cal healthy low.
And for dinner: Grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing, grapes and raisins with water.
And in the night, maybe a walk around the block safely relax.
(well, 4 times that I am small portions and workout routines 2 mealsduring the day)
I work too? This is 3 days a week and a sharp decline will affect the other 2 days.
Was able to decrease to 20 kilos? More?
